This is absolutely beautiful. Change the details slightly and it’s the story of my own parents. They celebrated 20 years together on Valentine’s Day. Cancer, mystery chronic illnesses, two daughters, countless hardships.. all that and they are still inseparable and more in love each day. I’ve promised them that, out of respect for their amazing example, I will never marry unless I find someone that will stand by me the way they have stood by each other. Always wonderful to read and learn about more of these amazing and rare couples. Give this a read, and have tissues handy
